According to a new study, not all multi-tasking is created equally.
Researchers found that people are better at juggling some types of tasks than they are at others. For example, trying to do two visual tasks at once is much harder than trying to do a visual and an audio task at the same time.
So, texting and driving is a big no-no, but talking while driving ends up being more manageable. The researchers also found that people are way overconfident about how well they can multi-task.
Are YOU doing too much at once?
